I have a customer who has multiple switches that do not use Vr-default at all. We are trying to use NetSight to backup his network but they are failing because of the the vr architecture.
Any thoughts??

It is a custom VR. When reading Balaji's post the first time I thought he was indicating a wild card but after some testing I now believe that is not the case.
I am hoping all the customers devices that are failing are using the same VR otherwise this will require multiple custom scripts.
Thanks,

David,
Are you using VR-Mgmt or are you using a custom made VR?

This may be a silly question, and I apologize for asking it, but after selecting the VR-Mgmt scripts for both Firmware Download MIB and Configuration MIB, did you click Save on the right hand side? When looking at it myself, I didn't see it immediately.

Yes I got that.
I did not change the name of the script though. I thought it would edit the script but that was not the case.
Thanks,
