Hi all,
We have installed Netsight with version 7.1.3.25 and EWC with version 10.21.04.0005. Netsight can discover switches and NAC appliances using snmpv3 credentials. But we can not add wireless controller using same snmpv3 credentials.
Netsight is not at the same Vlan with Controller or other devices, but they are all reachable. EWC can ping Netsight from data and management IPs.
Thanks.

Thanks Karthik,
After removing the "Context String" Netsight is able to discover the EWC.
Thanks all.

Hi Yakup, Regarding the java problem, this is probably because of your PCs language settings. Change the language to English, clear the Java cache then try again please.

Or you use the same snmp context if you add the EWC to Netsight..

Hi Yakup,
Would you be able to check the same after removing the "Context String" from the SNMPV3 setting in EWC?
**edit**
