Incomplete display in the browser

Hi anybody,after installation V.8.3.1.9 no browser can scroll completely under Access control rule. So I can´t see all rules. I had to change the zoom factor to about 60%, in all browsers Firefox, Crome IE... Is there a solution or have anybody an id...

Multiple Rules

Can I add a rule to a role based on multiple rules such as . Vlan = 48 and Mac = somethingthen deny traffic. But I don’t want to deny traffic to everyone in vlan 48. How do I do that?
