ExtremeNetworks cfgMgmtConfigSaveTrap .1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.42.10.0.1 Info
I this am however not receiving this trap. Is this supported?

Are you getting any traps? If you are, you can try adding the two traps to your SNMP configuration. and see if that works for you.
configure snmpv3 add mib-view "defaultNotifyView" subtree 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.42.10.0.2 type included

Can you do a TCP dump on NetSight to see if the trap is coming in?
