Create VLAN Assignment Report

I need to report on which VLANs are associated with switch ports. I want to be able to navigate to a particular switch and discover which VLANs are assigned to which ports. I need to see this in some kind of inventory/report format, not via CLI commands.
What's the best way to achieve this? We are using Extreme Management Center NetSight Suite 8.0.2.42, with access to Reports and the NetSight Console.

Did you check the "Device view of the VLAN tab" and "VLAN Port Template Definitions View"?
