Error when archive switches

Hello, when I try to archive my switches, I get an error message like this one:
InvDeviceType record for device type [sreg-ERS-3526T-PWR-PLUS] missing from database.
How can I fix it ?

What is the XMC version which we are using? This issue was seen in older releases.
