Extreme Analytics and NetFow, sFlow or IPFIX support.

i would like to manage a mixed environment consisting of Avaya/Extreme ERS/VSP devices as well as devices from other manufacturers.
Application visibility is very impotant.
We use Switches from Avaya/Extreme ERS3600, ERS 4800, ERS 4900, VSP4450, from Cisco, HP and Netgear with NetFow, sFlow or IPFIX support.
We have Read-Only SNMP access to ISP MPLS Routers.

Is it possible to integrade all this devices into XMC and Analytics?

What type of licnses i need for this solution.
We have 50 locations in Germany with 140 Switches.

Best Regards
Joe

Hi Joe.

The answer for your question depends on what exactly you want to see and what is valuable for you.

We can get full Analytics from VSP and some of the mentioned ERS devices.

We can install sensors to your network to get full analytics from Cisco & HP.

If you send sflow / ipfix from Cisco and HP to analytics engine then you will get it analyzed but you will not get the same value as sFlow is sampled and ipfix does not give you performance monitoring nor L7 information...

Please contact our value-added partner or internal system engineer.
