Hi, in the 8.0.3 release notes there is this nice comparison chart...

Beside that I think that the requirements are a little high could I deploy a small engine and later on if I need to auth more end-systems or support for portal just increase the CPU/RAM/HDD or do I need to install the medium .ova from scratch.

Thanks,
Ron

You can do it by changing CPU and Memory allocation under hypervisor.
In order to have more place you should add additional disk to the machine.

As XMC is using LVM, the additional disk should be automatically added to the XMC appliance, and you should see more free space on systemvg and root filesystem.

Don't forget to also change Xms and XmX values in accordance to document:

Assuming your license supports it, you can just increase the CPU/RAM/HDD similar to the controller.

have you tried to increase the cpu/ram?
the wireless controller setup detects the hardware and autmatically sets small/medium/large.
