As I understand things a parallel effort is underway to certify certain platform hardware undergoing SNMP changes which is delaying the posting of the matrix. I am not aware of a timeline when this is expected to be completed.
For now and in absence of any other data I would consider the 23.07 matrix applicable to 23.11 until otherwise posted.
