First post Site Engine error when connecting Http/1.0 403 forbidden

Hi,

Hoping someone has seen this error before. Installed Site Engine and Synced to Cloud XIQ.

We we try login we get the below error. Has anyone ever seen this before ?

Usernames/Passwords are the same and double checked.

Running TCPdump to see is we can catch anything.

looks like some API call maybe forbidden?

Any help appreciated.

The GDC token error usually indicates something simple like bad user or password combination. It has also been seen if there is a web filter firewall man-in-the-middle intercepting and returning its responses to the client in lieu of the actual XIQ backend.

If this is not resolved consider opening a case so appropriate debugging can be enabled.
