FortiGate/Analizer integration with NAC (via ASM)

I have configured Forti Analizer to send Syslog to NMS, have a script to provide an incident to ASM but still have information in ASM that there is no action taken because the port is unknown. Is there anybody who successfully have done such integration?
Or maybe different way to send threat information from Forti to NMS and block/quarantine port by NAC?

You can use Extreme Connect to make blacklisted endsystem based on the Syslog message.
