I received a license number before, but it was format the old system and need a new license number.

Can I discard my old license number and get a new license?

I re-installed this system.

Hi Yeomin, you’ll want to keep the same license but it can only be used in one instance at a time. I’d suggest opening a support ticket so our technicians can help you remove the license from the previous instance so you can add it to the current one instead.
