How to show the real MAC address on NetSight Compass?

Dear Sir,
We want to get the user's MAC address with IP on NetSight,
We search the IP address on compass on NetSight,
but we got the Vendor's code on the front 3 MAC address code.

Could you please help me to show the real MAC address, without the vendor's code?

You'd change it in > Tools > Option > Data Display Format > Display MAC Address by...
