I can't add a new device group

I'm trying to add a new device group but it won't let me and the option to add shows me disabled. Which may be?

If you are not the root, netsight or otherwise a privileged Administrative user you may have reduced privileges to perform certain functions within the GUI. You've also not mentioned what version of XMC / XIQ-SE you are attempting to perform this on nor what path / area in the GUI you are attempting to perform this action. Please elaborate further and/or consider opening a support GTAC case for further investigation.
