Hi,
could you please share the release date for Netsight 6.3 ?
2nd question - the v9.21 IdentiFi release notes list 6.3 as the only supported software version - is this information correct ?

It's a beta an early release, afterall 🙂
If reinstalling doesn't fix the issue, I ask that you start a new thread to discuss.
edit: Because Ron is right

If the TopologyMgr folder is in the Netsight directory on the server, and the jar files are there, then it hasn't been removed but is just not running, or it was messed up by Java. Have you tried deleting all of your java temporary files? Go into java Control panel in windows control panel and click settings and delete all of the files and then connect back to the URL and have Java reinstall everything?
Your JNLP file should contain the following lines:

I'm surprised that someone from Extreme hasn't chimed in on this. My install was an upgrade, and I still see it in version 6.3.0.142. I would open a case with GTAC and ask them. I don't see anything in release notes that it was removed.

Good point Luis...
I haven't noticed it's gone from the menu, but still in the manuals...
Maybe it's gone and replaced by OneView Maps?
