Netsight - EWC - AP down Email is empty

Netsight - EWC - AP down Email is empty

Hi guys,

a customer using EWC and Netsight configured Email alert when AP goes down.
Custom alarm criteria set to wireless, matched to "out of service".
Under actions / override content - Email body is like:
Device: $deviceIp
Severity: $severity
Message: $message

But email looks like this:

Device:
System:
Location:
Description:
Severity: Critical Message: AP[150xxxxxxxxxx] out of Service on EWC[10.xxx.xxx.xxx]

Why are these fields empty?
Also tried $alarmSourceName only, this worked fine.

Any suggestions on this?

Here my settings and how the email looks like....

The fields in your mail are empty because the APs are not managed by Netsight - that is normal.
The APs are managed by the controller so that information isn't available to Netsight as the AP isn't a real device in Netsight - it's just another "interface" on the controller.
