NetSight client-settings at the end-users are lost after upgrading from NS5.0 to 5.1.
Settings like added columns, change sorting, local scripts are lost.
With the 5.0 upgrade this should be fixed and the most settings are obtained with the 4.x to 5.0 upgrade.
Why this problem is back? Some ideas or hints?
PS: it seems the local folder appdata/Roaming/NetSight is removed and new created.
My customer is not amused...
