NMS-BASE-250 what features will we get?

Hi,

With NMS-Base we will get Console, Inventory Manager and OneView basic. But what OneView fatures will we get? Will it include topology maps? Compas Search? Wireless Tab? Will we get OneView Scripting feature?

We just bought NMS-BASE-250 license. But after applying new license we lost the ability to "Collect historical statistics". So is this a bug or it is crippled?

You can find this in NetSight OneView User Guide, under OneView License Requirements.

For NetSight v6.3:

NetSight Base (NMS-BASE) includes:

• Devices
• Alarms and Events
• Administration
• Search (new in v6.3, was in NMS in v6.2)
• Identity and Access (End Systems tab) (new in v6.3, was in NMS in v6.2)

NetSight (NMS) includes:

• All the above features and:
• Reports
• Maps
• Identity and Access (Dashboard, System, Health, Data Center,
• and Configuration tabs)
• Flows
• Wireless
• NMS Mobile
• PortView
• Web FlexViews
• Check for Firmware Updates
• Create Policy Rule

NetSight Advanced (NMS-ADV) includes:

• All the above features and:
• Advanced Wireless Map features

So, responding to your question:
Topology Maps and Wireless are part of NMS, so no.
Search and Scripting (which is part of Administration) are part of NMS-Base in v6.3, so yes.
