Ridgline transfer license to Netsight

My customer bought Ridgeline software license however him started to use a Netsight software how can i transfer license? I have the service contract...
They bought the license at the time that the migration would be possible

Sales can generate a transfer of Ridgeline license to Netsight as long as the service contract on Ridgeline is active.
It sounds like it is running in evaluation mode now which is great start.
