Syslog did not re-start after upgrades to ExtremeCloud IQ - Site Engine 23.7.12.5

After I performed an upgrade to ver 23.7.12.5 I stopped receiving syslog alerts from site engine.

I checked the syslog in the events section of site engine and the last entry was from a few minutes before i finished the upgrade?

Is there a way to manually re-start the syslog service?
