Good Afternoon, I try to connect to XiQ-SE and I receive this message. My XiQ evaluation licence is expired but I can not delete XiQ-SE from this XiQ instance. Do I have to open a ticket to support ?

Yes. You will have to open a case to either request a temporary license to resolve the violation so you can gracefully delete XIQ-SE from XIQ; or request manual deletion of XIQ-SE from XIQ. Either way please open a case.

We had the same problem. After a restart of the XMC server, everything was working again!
service nsserver restart
