Use new created vlans in policy/profile

Dear anybody,

Environment: Extreme Management Center 8.2.5.50
a vlan once created in policy->global vlans or in site->vlan is nor available in access control->policy mappings.
The same vlan created in netsight java->vlan edit is immediately available.
What am I doing wrong in Oneview?
Where should I create vlans successful for using in access control?
Takes it a special time to renew the vlan list?

Second urgent approach,

where are the vlans edited in Oneview?
1. under Policy
2. under Network Site
It only works for me in the Netsight Java Client....
Under Oneview Site and Policy the Vlans can neither be created nor deleted, the contents of both are also different.
