Hi everyone, since updating the XIQ-SE onprem Appliance to the latest version, we've been having a problem with timeouts on the WEBUI. The timeout always occurs before the configured time. The exact time varies. The timeout has been set to 4 hours, but it's no longer being reached.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any suggestions?
This issue never occurred before the update.

Hello Paul. We have identified and reproduced this issue and are working on it. There is no workaround at this point.

Hello Paul. GTAC has received reports of this concern with this release. We do not have the issue readily identified yet. If you continue to have this issue and wish for it to be tracked please consider opening a support case. Thank you.

The WebGUI timeout concerns should now be addressed fully in Site Engine 26.02.12 ~ mid-April 2026.
