We do not publish the versions of Tomcat used; nor should we. There is an article available which instructs customers how to find out this information. Otherwise please refer to the various, recently published, PSIRT SA (Security Advisory) articles for references.
I would encourge you to upgrade XIQ-SE / Control / Analytics to 24.10.13.
