WMM-PS: VO/VI | Wireless handsets won't connect

Having an odd one over here, running the IdentiFI VM.

My WLAN is up and running as expected and all clients bar my Spectralink 8440 phones can connect. Reading up on the phone manual it looks like it needs WMM-PS to advertise VO/VI. I have no idea where/how to do that 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
