XMC: VLAN Definitions from ERS/BOSS-Switch are not updated in XMC

Hello,

I´m wondering, why the VLAN Definitions in XMC (latest Release) are not  updated, no matter what I do.

Lab-Environment: According to XMC, Switch “A” has 5 configured VLANS.

In fact, there are 10 configured VLANs, as someone configurde some VLANs locally.

I can go to “VLAN Definitions → Configure Devices….Reload Device” and all VLANs” (incl. missing ones) are shown.

However, the XMC-Database is noct updated, no matter if I press save, Refresh. etc.

Can somone advise?

THX!

Thank you for letting me know. I ran this past our XMC team and they requested we open a case for this so they can look in to it further with you.

Could you try using “Reload button” on the configure screen, then “Save”, then “Enforce”, that order? Please let me know if that updates your VLANs, if it doesn’t we’ll keep looking for a solution for you.
