Summary

ExtremeCloud IQ (XIQ) login page at sso.extremecloudiq.com will redirect to a new login page extremeplatformone.com starting in July 2025. Deployment schedule will be added to this Field Notice at a later date. 

A new login page will service existing ExtremeCloud IQ, UZTNA, SD-WAN and Extreme Platform ONE customers. The default applications will be determined based on the license types associated with the account.

Existing ExtremeCloud IQ accounts with Pilot licenses will continue to be directed to ExtremeCloud IQ after logging in from the new login page.

There will be changes to the 2.PNG "nine dot" application switcher in the July release. The list of applications presented will be modified in an effort to be consistent with the "nine dot" menu in Extreme Platform ONE. Account Management & License management within the following screenshot will no longer be available within ExtremeCloud IQ. To access any account or license related information, please visit Access Management (Platform ONE) or Global settings (XIQ).

Accounts with Extreme Platform ONE licenses or a mix of Pilot + Extreme Platform ONE licenses will be redirected to Extreme Platform ONE Networking after logging in from the new login page. 

 

Background

With the introduction of Extreme Platform ONE, Extreme is enhancing ExtremeCloud IQ to maintain consistency and flow as customers login and navigate between applications.

Hello,

I used to login to xiq with my account, then I used to choose one of my customer xiq instance.

After this change, at the login I'm redirected to PlatformOne and I can no longer find how to connect to my customer xiq. How can I manage it?

Hello @MatteoBaroni,

On the top right hand corner of the page you will find the 9-dots icon, click it and select ExtremeCloud IQ. 

Please let me know if this helps,

unfortunately I don't have any 9-dot icon, just a bell icon and my initials name icon.

Is there any othe way to access the old XIQ login page instead to be redirected here?

Hello @MatteoBaroni,

Thank you for the update. In EP1, under Subscriptions & Services, go to Subscriptions and LIcensing and check to see if you are linked to your account. If not, hit the link option and follow the steps. Once done, check to see if the nine dot icon appears.

Example: https://va2.extremecloudiq.com/#/devices

Hello,

it doesn't work.

If I try to link it to my portal account, I do the login but then everything is unchanged, it's not linked and I don't have the 9dot icon.

If I use your link I'm redirected to platform one, same problem.

this workaround resolves it.

After logging into the EP1, open a new tab with this URL:

 https://sso.extremecloudiq.com/xiq-login

I understand the issue is being worked on still by CloudOps.

I cant login to XIQ, it worked fine on:
https://extremecloudiq.com/login#
Now it only redirects to https://sso.extremecloudiq.com/login

Now i login with any of these links:
https://sso.extremecloudiq.com/xiq-login
https://sso.extremecloudiq.com/ws-login
https://sso.extremecloudiq.com/login

I always get this error:
Looks like the email or password does not match our records. Please try again.

This is infuriating, please fix it.
