5320s not showing up in Network Policy

I have the following: 2 5320-16P-4XE that are added to Site Engine and also Cloud IQ. When I go to apply a Network Policy, they do not show up. I have added a Switch template for SwitchEngine-5320-16P-4XE and they still do not show up. How can I apply this network policy to the switches?

Got this working. It was in XIQ via Site Engine and so not configurable. I had to remove it and then re-add it to be cloud managed.
