A Stake record of the device was found in the redirector

Hi @Sam Pirok  do you have any update on the two SNs which are found to be registered elsewhere, but were brand new devices.

Hi Jason, thank you for checking in on this. My apologies for the slow response here, I was out for a couple weeks for the holidays. I'm still waiting on authorization to remove the old records for these devices, but I can tell you that they were likely refurbished devices as they were originally registered in 2018.
