We have an AP410C which I am trying to add to ExtremeCloud IQ, but I receive the message ""A stake record of the device was found in the redirector" when trying to do so.
Please see the below picture for reference including the MAC and S/N for this device..
The serial number is as follows:
SN:04102003160056

Hi Jared, I’m very sorry for the long wait here, I completely missed that you had tagged me. I just took a look at our servers but I’m not seeing any records for that serial number, were you able to get help with this already or is it still giving you that error when you try to add it to your inventory?

I just tried adding this unit to ExtremeCloud IQ, and this time it worked! So, I think we’re good to go..
