Hello, thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately I still see the old records in our system and have not received a response to my email requesting approval for the transfer to happen. Could you please ask the original owner to email me from the domain they used when they registered their ExtremeCloud IQ instance with permission to remove these serial numbers from their inventory? My email is community@extremenetworks.com.

If you have a current support contact with us, you can download firmware files from the Extreme Portal, under Products. If you don’t have a current support contract with us, you would have to use ExtremeCloud IQ.
