Hi, we have 36 Aerohive AP's in the old archived portal and dont have access to it. Now we want to reinstall the AP's in small locations but when we add the AP to the ExtremeCloudIQ portal we receive the message "A stale record of the device was found in the redirector."

How can we free the 36 AP's? Or what is the best procedure?
