Adding a new location in Network 360 that isnt in the US

We have sites in several countries. I am trying to add a new site in Canada but when I try it wants an address in the US. Is there a way to add Canada locations?

I just realized that the above was a bad example as I’ve posted a US location but it’s also working with the Extreme location in Canada.

i.e. address field = Extreme Networks, Inc., Commerce Valley Drive West, Thornhill, ON, Canada

Just put in the address and it should work … at least it was the case for me.

I’ve put in the address of ExtremeNetworks in San Jose in the “address field” and San Jose in the “city field” (copy/paste from Google Maps) and it put the icon on the right spot on the map.

Looks like the devs need to unterstand that there are other countries outside the US and add a country field and remove the state field in this window
