Aerohive Ap121 : can not add device on my cloud.

I bought 50 wifi aerohive ap121 at ebay to use for the apartment building but currently cannot connect to the cloud.
please help me !

When  i add serial to cloud.

Hi, I believe we’ve sorted out your APs via a direct message, but just in case someone else finds this post and has a similar problem, please feel free to send the AP serial number(s) to community@extremenetworks.com and we can help you get those devices freed up.
