I have just moved 2 Aerohive SR2024P switch from one ExtremeCloud IQ account to another ExtremeCloud IQ account.
I setup a SR2024P Network Policy in the new account with the following Port Configuration:
Port 1 - 11 -> IMS Trunk (A custom Trunk Setting with Native =1 & Allowed VLAN 1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
Port 12 - VLAN 3, Port 13 - VLAN 4, Port 14 - VLAN 5, Port 15 - VLAN 6, Port 16 - VLAN 7
Port 17 - 24 -> VLAN 2
Port 25 - 28 -> IMS Trunk
I then Update the switch device with the Policy, however, the end result of the port assignment to the device turned out as follow:
Port 1 - 15 -> IMS Trunk
Port 16 - VLAN 3, Port 17 - VLAN 4, Port 18 - VLAN 5, Port 19 - VLAN 6, Port 20 - VLAN 7
Port 21 - 28 - VLAN 2
It looks just like the intended Trunk port assignment of Port 1 - 11 & 25 -28 all moved to Port 1 -15.
Does anyone have any idea how comes this happen? Is it a bud in the ExtremeCloud IQ or did I miss anything in the configuration causing the mis-allocation of the port?
