I encountered this issue when I browsed MAC objects.
I referred at Solution: An unknown error has occurred on XIQ | Extreme Portal (site.com) but there is no workaround at this time.
Is there any updates as of now?

The link you provided was for an issue that happened back in 2023 and has since been resolved. Please contact GTAC directly to open a case for investigation.

I actually ended up contacting GTAC about the problem, but strangely enough, it resolved itself shortly after. If the same issue crops up again, I'll reopen a case with GTAC.
