One of our access points is currently disconnected. The light is white but will flash amber briefly every 30 seconds or so. Any ideas on how to reconnect this device?

On the switch or router to which the AP is connected, check the status light for that specific port. Is it amber, green, or blinking in an unusual way? Refer to your switch's manual for LED interpretations. A consistent amber on the switch port might indicate a 10/100 Mbps link (not Gigabit), which isn't ideal but shouldn't prevent connection entirely, unless there's an underlying issue.
