Hi Alex, sorry for the slow reply here, I was out of the office for a few days. As we've asked, please let us know where you are generally located (state or country) so we can find a local sales engineer to assist you. Unfortunately at this point that is our only recourse for these devices.

At this point in time we would need to know what state or country you are located in.
As these devices were purchased on ebay, the local sales engineer must handle the reassignment of devices, and knowing at least what state you are in will allow us to contact the correct person.
