Bought some aerohive ap250 but get a “The device appears to be in use by another VIQ"

Hi Alex, yes I have checked in with the original owner three times. They have until the end of the day today to reply, and then I'll move on to their old account team to see if they can assist us.

Hi Alex, thanks for checking in here. I haven't heard back from the owner of the AP 250s yet, I've checked in twice with them and they have one more check in tomorrow. If they do not respond to all three check ins, I'll move on to their old account team to see if they can assist us here. I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
