AP305c Can not make connection IQ Connect

Hi Extreme,

I have a problem with one device in Extreme Cloud IQ Connect. This device can not make the connection to the internet. Already reset the device a couple of times with a pin and also removed it in Cloud IQ and place it again. With other devices I have no problem.

Note; The with lamp is continu flashing on the AP. I use the POE+ port which was also used by another device.

Most importantly:

1 - Is the AP getting enough power. Blinking light normally indicates 802.3af power?

2 - Is the AP pulling an IP address, by default it's a DHCP client?

 If power is correct (AT) and the AP is pulling an IP address, go ahead and run the above tests to see where it's failing. If all else fails then an RMA may be in order. For this you will have to create a case or call in.

In totall 6 pcs included the one which can not make the connection.
