I am facing an issue with onboarding new devices into ExtremeCloud IQ. Even after following the standard provisioning steps; some devices are not appearing in the management portal after being connected. These devices have been verified for compatibility & connectivity, but the onboarding process seems inconsistent.😇
I have already tried resetting the devices; checking network connectivity & ensuring that the firmware is up-to-date. However, the problem persists, especially with certain device models. I suspect there may be an issue with the discovery process or a configuration mismatch in the network settings. Are there specific troubleshooting steps or logs in ExtremeCloud IQ that I should focus on to pinpoint the cause? 🤔
