Custom Sponsored Access - Predefine a single approval recipient

Custom Sponsored Access - Predefine a single approval recipient

Hello,

i am building a sponsor approved guest access network, but i would like to simplify the out-of-the-box user experience. I don't need buttons for Vendors and Employees, and i can easily remove them , to begin with.
But i also would like to avoid the guest typing in the email of the sponsor.
In my case all access requests can be approved by the reception staff, responding to a single email address.
Basically, i would like the request being automatically sent to this address when the guest clicks the "Register" button to request access. Something like the attached sketch.
Is this something anybody has tried?
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

There's an article explaining how to edit the code to "pre-define" an email.

I've already used this option, and I was also able to edit the code to provide a pre-defined list as well.

There are no native options for these behavior variations. If you open a ticket, the default response will be: you need to forward a feature request with your vendor and the SE.

XIQ CWP - Allow only one sponsor email address during registration

I hope this helps.

I don't believe there is a way to "bind" the action of firing off a request-to-join email to your sponsor group when a signee taps 'Register' using the native options in the Extreme Guest Essentials UI.
