I apologize in advance if this is something Ii should have figured out on my own. I’ve got 16 AP230’s and two AP305’s. In Device Management they are all indicated as operating in Portal mode, but in the neighbor list of one device I see a device in backhaul mode with RSSI of -61. The device is a hive member, but I don’t know how to identify which device it is - for one thing, I don’t know where to look for the listed MAC address. Assuming I find the device, I also don’t know what the fact that it is in backhaul mode really means or how to resolve the issue. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
