SR23XXp Syslog Configuration Failure

I have been working on forwarding syslogs from my network devices and have run into an issue in XIQ when pushing the configuration change with the Syslog Server Profile. Our netowrk consists of Extreme AP410c APs and Aerohive SR23XXp series switches....

Cancel stuck job

I pushed a config update and the device is still online but Cloud IQ still says "Configuration Updating" and is at 10%. Anyway to cancel this job? It's been about 30 minutes.
