Hi all,
As i learnt, the free ExtremeCloud IQ account supports the management of up to 10 access points. However, we currently have a total of 19 access points within our network. To accommodate this, we require an additional ExtremeCloud IQ account. The accounts will be structured as follows:
- <existing email account: abc@zebra.com> : To manage the first 10 access points
- <new email account: xyz@zebra.com> : To manage the remaining 9 access points
I created a new account (totally not related with above) and add another new account via My Apps > ExtremeCloud Account Management and i found the new free account seems does not look alike with my prod account (abc@zebra.com)
My Questions are:
1. is it doable or working if i register a new account so i can manage the rest 9 APs?
2. Any idea why the prod account (abz@zebra.com) seems more features shown compared to the new free account that i just created?
After create a password for new account, i chose options "I'll start with ExtremeCloud IQ Connect"
- I want to continue with my 90-day trial of ExtremeCloud IQ.90 day(s) remaining
- I have an ExtremeCloud IQ licenseYou will be redirected to our Extreme Portal and will need to create an account if you do not already have one
- I have a legacy entitlement key.Enter your legacy entitlement key here to continue with ExtremeCloud IQ
- I'll start with ExtremeCloud IQ Connect.
Could you advice if the steps is wrong? or any idea where that i missed?
Thanks,
