I would like to downgrade my pilot back to connect but it seems from what I am reading you cannot do that. Is their anyway to backup my network policies and or devices and delete my pilot account and reregister for connect and import my devices and network policies.

Hey there, unfortunately a backup won’t work, for the same reason we aren’t able to downgrade from Pilot to Connect directly. There’s just too much that’s different between what the two platforms can do for you to bring your configuration over. You might be able to export and import an inventory list to move your devices over, that process should be the same for both versions of XIQ.
