Good Morning, I am trying to do the onboard device to an Aerohive model AP130 and I get the following error: “The device appears to be in use by another VIQ”. How can I solve this problem? thanks.
Hello, if this is the same 130 from your other post regarding adding a device, then your device should now be free. If it is a different 130, I would just need the serial number to check up on that device for you.
