extend captive portal session time

We would like to extend the captive portal session time. By default it is 30 minutes.

This setting is only configurable if the Password DB Location is set to Local.

The Captive Portal configuration is via RADIUS and I cannot modify the "Require authentication after" value of the user group from the Extreme Cloud Portal
