Extreme XIQ CWP drops connection after UPA is accepted by client

I have setup a basic UPA for my guests, where once they connects, the CWP can simply ask them to accept UPA and redirect to internet.

i have noticed the moment the client accepts on windows machine, the networks drops and then reconnects after about 15 secs. for Android and IOS clients it works perfectly.
