Hello everyone,
I'm struggling with an issue in my ExtremeGuest essentials environment. The entire environment is working, but our visitors are not receiving text/e-mails with their username and passcode. Our responsible is now printing out the codes, but we need to get the text/mail notifications working to also deliver our terms of use etc...
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any options or settings related to this matter.
Can someone please advice?

Hello,
What are your current onboarding policy set to? + is there a notification policy and are these set to user or sponsor?
If it's action "register client" for example it'll just register the device (mac) itself, without generating a password. If you want it to send out an email it'll need to be "send passcode to user" or one of the other options.
